Great Black and White Photographers Part 2

Roy DeCarava was born in 1919. He passed away in 2009. He attended the Washington Carver Art School to learn about art. He originally started photography as a way to take pictures of things he was going to paint later but he ended up enjoying photography even more and became a photographer. Most of his pictures were of african americans in different situations.
