I think that sometimes photo editing is ethical. However, I only think that editing is ethical in a factual newspaper or magazine/periodical if it is color correction or in some way making the image better without changing the image too much. Photo editing on anything else is okay although it should be done well.

I think this photo is the most unethical of all of the altered photographs that I looked at after reading the article. I think this because the two photos this composite used show different stories. This picture shows the soldier reaching out his arm in almost a friendly gesture. However the photo where the man with the child is in front of the people that the background of this soldier came from shows the soldier holding his gun with both of his hands in a demeaning manner. That's why this photo is the most unethical of all the ones I saw.

This photograph is the photo editing job that I consider the least unethical of all of them. Giving the woman a tooth job makes her appear more real and it doesn't change the story of her sextuplets. It does no harm and makes the woman a little more approachable in my opinion. That is why I don't think it is a bad as the others.
